Location: St Paul Lofts, Andros Taverna & Welcome Back Lounge - Chicago, IL
Please plan to arrive at our apartment St Paul Lofts at 2333 W St Paul Ave #318, Chicago, IL 60647 - by 5:15 PM. When you arrive, please dial 598 on the buzzer to be let in.
We’ll kick things off at 5:30PM sharp, so we want to give everyone time to settle in and enjoy a glass of champagne (or coffee!) before we begin.
Timeline:
10:00AM - Taylor and Nik to pick up light catering, drinks, florals and sign boards
1:15PM - make up starts for Amy, Susan, Taylor
5:00-5:30 PM - Nik & Taylor private couple photos
By 5:15 PM - Ross, Margot, Jeanne, Barry and John arrive
Susan and Amy will already be at the apartment and ready to welcome guests in!
5:30-5:50 PM - Short ceremony & celebration on the rooftop
5:50-6:20 PM - Family group photos - details here.
6:30 PM - Taylor changes outfit, packs up flowers, favors, and signage & group leaves for dinner at Andros, arrive by 6:30 PM
7:00-9:30 PM - Dinner and cocktails at Andros Taverna, located at 2542 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60647
9:30-11:30 PM - After party at Welcome Back Lounge (optional)
Car Assignments to Andros:
Car 1 – Amy, Barry, Jeanne, Rebecca (our photographer)
Car 2 – Taylor, Nik, Susan, John
Car 3 – Margot, Ross
Andros has valet service available, which we recommend using to keep things smooth and on schedule.

6:00PM - 8:00PM - dinner at Laser Wolf on the rooftop of The Hoxton at 97 Wythe Ave, Brooklyn, NY. Immediate family only. Dressy casual attire requested.

Royal Palms Shuffleboard Club - Brooklyn, NY
Morning Setup and Prep

9:30AM - Venue decorations, florals, floral arch and general decor arrive. Nik & Taylor will be on-site for setup.
12:00PM - 5:00PM - Taylor in bridal hair and makeup.
Arrival & Photos

1:00PM - Taylor in Bridal make up and hair at the Hoxton
4:00PM - DJ, Seafood Bar, Photo booth and Catering Team arrive
5:30PM - 6:15PM - Recommended travel time to Royal Palms Shuffleboard Club (514 Union St, Brooklyn, NY 11215).
6:00PM - Ice luge delivery.
6:00PM - 6:15PM - Nik and Taylor arrive for couples photos
6:15PM - 7:00PM - Family photos at Royal Palms. Please be prompt, photos are scheduled by the minute. See full timeline of photos with shot list here.
7:00PM - final soundcheck
6:50PM - 7:00PM - Lion dancers arrive, will need to use Royal Palms office and private bathroom as dressing room.
Guest Arrival & Celebration

7:15PM - Place welcome champagne at the front table with sign. Guests begin to arrive; food and bar service begins. Music on, doors open.
7:45PM - Grand entrance with Chinese Lion Dancers, no music from DJ (they have a small band).
DJ will need to turn down music upon seeing entry of couple & lions at the front door and do a grand announcement “now introducing the newly married couple Taylor and Nik”
7:56PM - Short thank you speech from Taylor and Nik, tell guests that the lions will stick around for photos by the stage area (feel free to head towards the flamingos if you want pictures with them). Followed by first dance: You Send Me – Sam Cooke (song from 0:00 - 1:45 - not the full song). Nik to bring Taylor to Barry for next dance.

0:00 - 1:20 – Father/daughter dance (Susan & Nik’s cue to join on dance floor together at 1:20 at “da da da da da”)
1:20 - 2:10 – Mother/son dance (Nik takes Susan to John as Taylor takes Barry to Amy for new pairs at “when i’ve asked you to spend... with meeeee” into piano solo, new partner by the piano solo part)
2:10 - 3:07 – Group pairs with John & Susan, Nik & Taylor, Amy & Barry
General Celebration & Dance Floor Opens

8:03PM - DJ announcement to invite all to the dance floor (“dance floor and shuffleboard courts are now open!”); transitions to opening song Boogie Wonderland – Earth, Wind & Fire (primarily oldies music till 9:30PM)
8:03PM - Shuffleboard courts and dance floor open
8:00PM - coffee cart arrives, placed by the catering table
8:30PM - Taylor outfit change
8:55PM - 9:00PM - Ross to give speech - at DJ booth with wireless microphone
9:00PM - Dessert and coffee cart service begins; informal cake cutting.
9:10PM - 9:15PM - Hava Nageela (approximately the first 4 minutes or so)
9:05PM - music style change to bangers
Dessert & Last Call

10:00AM - Susan to pick up bagel order from The Terrace (order ready at 10A, can be picked up after)
11:00AM - Taylor and Nik arrive to Doublé! Photographer arrives as well for candid photos!
11:30AM - 1:30PM - brunch with mimosas and breakfast bites. Doublé is located at 1332 Halsey St, Brooklyn, NY. This event is invite only. Casual attire requested.
